A 37-year-old woman from Sulphur Springs came to my office in Plano hoping to improve the appearance of her breasts. She was 5���2��� and 110 lbs. Her breasts had some sag, so I recommended a breast lift and implants to achieve the look she desired. After performing the breast lift, I placed Sientra, smooth, round, high-profile, silicone implants in each of her breasts. As her breasts had some asymmetry, I placed a 545cc implant in her left breast and a 495cc implant in her right breast. The lift and implants gave her firmer breasts with more upper fullness, as she wanted.
