The city has numerous gorgeous, safe, and fun parks, but these four are some of the city’s best. Any of these could make a beautiful backdrop for your next relaxing afternoon, for your kids’ playdate, or for one of the exercise sessions that keep your body fit and healthy.
Liberty Park at Sheltonwood
Liberty Park at Sheltonwood is located on Dove Road in Southlake, Texas and is home to many grills, trails, and pavilions. The park sits on 17 beautiful acres in the middle of Southlake and is the perfect setting for jogging, walking, or riding your bike. Its large, wide pathways can easily fit multiple people, which makes this a great park for exercising. It also has numerous picnic tables, picnic areas, and drinking fountains for family get-togethers and work events.
BooBoo’s Buddies Dog Park
If you love exercising with your dogs, BooBoo’s Buddies Dog Park is a fun and beautiful place to do it! This dog park is located on White Chapel Boulevard in Southlake, Texas and is home to two separate play areas, one for large and one for small. It also has numerous places for dog owners to sit and relax while their furry pets play. Dogs can truly enjoy themselves at this gorgeous, shaded park while you relax or get active with them!
Bob Jones Park
Bob Jones Park is a wonderful park to visit if you are a sports lover. It’s filled with different fields and areas to play and enjoy all of your favorite sports. Bob Jones Nature Center
Located on Bob Jones Road in Southlake, this nature center is a gorgeous area. Visiting gives your family the unique opportunity to explore and discover many different varieties of flowers, trees, and other plants. The nature center was established in 2008 and has since flourished into a beautiful and relaxing park to visit. Take your family to Bob Jones Nature Center, and you can enjoy a relaxing day while seeing the gorgeous sights of nature.
