A 38-year-old female came into my Southlake office for a butt lift with implants, in hopes of making her buttocks rounder and fuller. I recommended round implants to achieve that full shape and to ensure that the appearance of her buttocks would not change drastically should the implants shift or rotate. First, I performed liposuction of 200cc from her love handles and 350cc from the skin above her buttocks for a total of 550cc of fat removed. Then I inserted size 2 Allied Biomedical gluteal implants. They were round, smooth, and measured 360cc in size. The fat that I removed through liposuction was transferred to the hips as a Brazilian butt lift at the same time as the implants were added to the buttocks to help give her a curvier figure.
