Can Exercise Tighten Sagging Neck Muscles and Skin?

So you have worked hard to tone and lift problem areas in your butt, tummy, and arms, but how do you tighten and tone your neck? Yoga is one way that can help, as is chewing gum! Grab a pack of sugarless gum and chew, chew, chew your way to a toned neck.

Not a fan of gum? There are exercises you can do. Head raises are a good exercise to help stretch your neck muscles and firm sagging neck skin.

The cow face is also an effective way to help reduce your jowls. This can define your saggy jawline and support blood circulation for a nice radiant glow. Do this exercise by allowing your jaw to slack, and open your lips slightly. Stick out your jaw, and put your bottom front teeth over your top teeth. Raise your arm, turn your head, and look up. Hold this pose for 10 seconds, and then relax and repeat, but hold it for 15 seconds the second time. Do this three times.

Another exercise is the head raise, which stretches the muscles in your neck and helps to firm up sagging neck skin as well as improving blood circulation.

If you find that exercise is not working, getting a neck lift procedure is always a viable option. Contact us to set up a consultation.
