How Your Face Changes After 30 Days of Drinking Water

Water is good for you, but it’s hard to drink the recommended eight cups a day. Here’s something to motivate you to drink more: Drinking enough water can help make your face appear younger. Check out the amazing difference in the facial appearance of this 42-year-old woman just because she drank plenty of water every day. Her skin tone changed quite a bit, losing some shadows and wrinkles under her eyes.

Although it is tempting to drink tea, coffee, soda, or any other sugary beverage, nothing is healthier for your body than drinking water. You don’t have to replace every daily beverage with water, although it wouldn’t hurt to try. You can go about your day with a cup of coffee in the morning and follow it up with a glass of water. Add a cup of water to your lunch, dinner, snack time, etc.

Before long you’ll be drinking more water than you did before. If you think you’ve had enough water for the day, drink some more. You may think that one liter of water a day is plenty, but your body needs more. If you don’t drink enough, your skin may be the first place it shows.
