There are medical, mechanical, and circulatory reasons why you might not be a candidate for a tummy attack. Medical reasons include severe respiratory, cardiac, immunologic, or hematologic disorders. Mechanical reasons that you may not be a candidate for a tummy tuck would include not having sufficient extra skin in order for us to perform the procedure and close the wounds. Circulatory reasons would be previous surgeries that compromise the blood flow to the abdomen.
