A 41-year-old woman from McKinney came to my office in Plano to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She was 5���7��� and 150 lbs. She wanted a breast lift, but she also wanted to exchange her existing breast implants for a pair that would provide a more natural-looking bust line. I first performed the breast lift and then removed her existing breast implants. Afterwards, I placed Mentor, 340cc, smooth, round, moderate-plus-profile implants in each of her breasts.
