Dr. Mani and Ashley answered all of my questions and explained the process from beginning to end. The office was very clean and inviting. Both Lauren and Dr. Carlson were very polite. Wonderful bedside manner, answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. Both made me feel extremely comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being judged. I’m usually an EXTREMELY self conscious person so sending pictures of myself gave me a lot of anxiety knowing others were seeing the main thing I am most uncomfortable with about my body. I am so glad the consultation is over, I got to put faces to names and they made me feel the most comfortable.
