From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, personable, and professional.Meghan was an amazing patient coordinator—so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. The RN who took my photos (I unfortunately can’t remember her name) was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.Dr. Bosworth was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and at no point did I feel rushed. His honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail reinforced exactly why I chose him as my surgeon. He was straightforward about what to expect from the procedure, set realistic expectations, and demonstrated exceptional bedside manner throughout the consultation.I left feeling confident, informed, and excited about moving forward.
