First off, I would like to say that I am a huge supporter of women supporting women. I believe it’s important to do what makes you feel good about yourself. After a lot of thought and consideration, I decided to have a mommy makeover in 2020. It was the best decision I had ever made. After having four children and being at the age of 57 I just couldn’t fight the midsection any longer. It was time to do something about it. I had consultations with two other surgeons before consulting with Dr. Obaid. Interestingly enough, I met him the morning of my surgery with my husband beside me for the first time face to face. We both felt very at ease and confident that I would be in great care.Dr. Obaid’s staff put me at such ease before the surgery that I felt comfortable to go with him. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and very supportive. I just have to say that everybody that took care of me from beginning to end was kind, considerate and very understanding of any question I had for them. And trust me I had a lot of questions because I had never done anything like this before. I am now 62 and feeling more confident with myself than I have in many years. I had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Casey Anderson at their Southlake location about 8 months ago and my experience was phenomenal. He and his staff did a great job from my initial consultation all the way through my follow up. Any questions I had were quickly answered within 24 hours either by call, text, or via their healthcare messaging app. My overnight stay was wonderful and I had the most wonderful nurses and anesthesiologist. My pain was extremely well managed and I couldn’t be happier with my results.
