I went in today for a consultation, and from the front desk to the nurse, surgeon, and accountant, the customer service was outstanding.Surgery can be confusing, but the nurse and surgeon took the time to clearly explain everything that will happen before, during, and after the procedure. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered each one thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand.Their patience and clarity really helped me build trust and confidence in moving forward with the surgery. I have to say that everyone at NTPS has been amazing! Every question or concern that I had – I will get a quick response through Klara. This was my first surgery ever for a BA and shout out to Nurse Taylor. She was absolutely amazing and was there to answer all my questions even if they were repetitive. I was nervous and anxious at day of surgery but she helped me overcome it with her sweetness / patience ! Dr. Obaid was amazing and I loved his positive energy. I had two friends that had him as a doctor for their BA and both said wonderful things about him. I knew he would be the one I would go to once I was ready. He listened to the size and worked with me in achieving the look I wanted. I am still 9 days post op and I feel great.

Ashley and Monica were awesome to work with and made everything simple even though it was a lot to discuss. The whole team seemed to work well together!
