Dr. Jeremy Bosworth is an aesthetic fellowship trained plastic surgeon who was born and raised in beautiful Southern California. He feels that his ability to connect with his patients and see their visions and goals is what sets him apart, and using his extensive training he is able to then make those visions a reality.

I want every patient to feel heard, educated, and confident in their plan. My goal is to combine meticulous surgical technique with an honest, individualized approach so each patient can make the choice that feels right for them.

Dr. Grant Bond is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon at North Texas Plastic Surgery. He brings a broad background in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, with clinical interests that include breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, implant revision, gynecomastia surgery, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover procedures, facial surgery, skin cancer reconstruction, and wound care. His approach is thoughtful and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on patient education, careful planning, and natural-appearing results that align with each patient’s goals.

Dr. Bond grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, before attending Duke University, where he studied computer science with a minor in chemistry. He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College, then completed a five-year general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He went on to complete plastic surgery residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he served as Education Chief Resident and helped lead resident teaching and curriculum development.

Before joining North Texas Plastic Surgery, Dr. Bond practiced at East Alabama Plastic Surgery, where he provided a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures and participated in multidisciplinary care through East Alabama Medical Center. He served on the Physician Advisory Council, the Breast Cancer Center of Excellence Committee, and as the plastic surgery representative for the Department of Surgery.

Dr. Bond has been recognized for both clinical care and teaching, including being named a 2026 Top Doctor by Fort Worth Magazine, receiving the East Alabama Health CHOICE Award, and earning the Chief Resident Teaching Award during general surgery residency. His academic work includes research on breast reconstruction outcomes, socioeconomic status, race, microsurgical reconstruction, nerve reconstruction, and surgical education.

Outside the office, Dr. Bond is family focused and enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Brittney Heard, and their sons, Beau and August. He also enjoys playing guitar and piano, studying art, history, and Japanese culture, caring for bonsai and aquariums, watch collecting, and chess.

Dr. Jason Green is a board-eligible plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. Known for his meticulous surgical technique, exceptional training, and personalized approach to care, Dr. Green is dedicated to helping patients look like the best version of themselves through refined, natural-looking results.

He believes every patient deserves an individualized treatment plan designed around their unique anatomy, goals, and lifestyle. By combining advanced surgical expertise with an artistic eye and compassionate care, Dr. Green helps patients achieve beautiful, balanced results that enhance confidence while preserving their natural features.

Dr. Manisundaram (Dr. Mani for short!) originally grew up in Mississippi. He first began his initial tour of Texas by attending Rice University for his undergraduate training, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude with induction into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He then made his first move to Dallas, where he obtained his medical degree at UT Southwestern.

Taylor was born in Charleston, South Carolina, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended the University of Georgia, where she earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Public Health. She went on to attend medical school at the Medical College of Georgia, where she discovered her love for plastic surgery during her third-year rotations.

She began her integrated plastic surgery residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she trained for three years before completing the final three years of her residency at Stanford. Her professional interests within plastic surgery include breast and body contouring, as well as facial rejuvenation.

Outside of plastic surgery, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, Jeffrey. She loves good Southern food, SoulCycle, and Taylor Swift.

Born in Sonora, Mexico, Onna is 100% bilingual in Spanish and English. She became a registered nurse in 2008 while raising her two boys, worked as an Oncology nurse for four years at a local hospital in El Paso, her home for 18 years. It was in 2008 when Onna’s journey as an aesthetic medical provider started, working side by side with one of the most successful plastic surgeons in El Paso, Texas. During this time, she learned injectable techniques including the use of micro-cannula to add volume and rejuvenate the face with the safest approach. With 15 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, full face balancing injections are Onna’s favorite treatment to perform., providing the patient with natural results and instant gratification.

In 2015, Onna relocated to Dallas, TX, and shortly after her relocation she joined North Texas Plastic Surgery. Onna recently graduated in 2021 with a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Onna is also one of the selective Aesthetic Injectors in the DFW area chosen by Allergan (the manufacturer of Botox and Juvederm) to be an AMI Injectable Clinical trainer, as well a trainer and mentor for the Aesthetic Inner Circle. She educates novice doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses on the latest and safest techniques for neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

Onna’s work at North Texas Plastic Surgery goes beyond the procedures she provides for her patients. She believes that every patient deserves the best experience, and she treats every patient with the highest safety standards to ensure their satisfaction.

Adrian Mead is our nurse injector at our Frisco location. She was born and raised in Louisiana, where she received her nursing degree, so she loves all things Southern and Cajun. Within a month of graduation, she moved to Texas and began her nursing career in Plastic Surgery in 2002 and knew this was the career path for her. She then moved to the east coast for a couple of years before returning to Texas in 2007. After returning, she became board certified as a plastic and surgical nurse in 2007 and began injecting Botox and fillers. She continued plastic and surgical nursing in addition to injecting for another 11 years. Four years ago, she joined the NTPS family where she pursued her passion of injecting full-time. She is certified in injecting Botox and dermal fillers, Sculptra, Subnovii and Sciton.

She loves learning and growing and is committed to providing the best outcomes for her patients. To continue to advance her skills, she attends several trainings and seminars throughout the year. She specializes in providing a customizable treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs.

Adrian is one of three sisters, whom all practice nursing. She is the proud mother of two children. She and her wonderful husband, son and daughter live in Frisco. She enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, spending time at the beach and serving at her church.

Her favorite injectable is Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid). It works to increase the elasticity of the skin and replace the lost collagen in our body. She herself has received Botox, Sculptra, chin and jawline filler. For aesthetic skin treatments, she receives HydraFacials, microneedling and Morpheus8 treatments throughout the year.

Charity has woven her formal education and hands-on experience to offer you precise results and a warm demeanor. After earning a Bachelor’s degree, she pursued her Master Esthetician license. Charity is now a Licensed Medical Esthetician and Certified Senior Laser Technician. Charity has performed thousands of laser treatments over the last 13 years ranging from Skin Pen, Morpheus 8, and Chemical Peels to body contouring. Her gentle demeanor and willingness to listen to clients are why clients continue asking for her by name.

Charity is certified in advanced IPL & tattoo removal through the Texas Laser Institute. She taught laser classes and trained aestheticians and technicians in safety, technique, and results-driven protocols.

Charity is a certified CoolSculpting technician, and she was selected to attend CoolSculpting University, an Allergan intensive training program in California. This is where her passion for making women feel great about their shape was amplified. Today she helps clients by assessing their current situation and desired results, and recommending a Med Spa treatment plan that may include a mix of treatments and procedures. She was also selected for the CoolSculpting Masters program in Austin, Texas and holds a Master Certification.

Charity has had advanced training in Morpheus8 and delivers some incredible results with her protocols that can focus on lower jowls, lax skin on the neck and chest, and cellulite and stretch marks. Charity’s passion for this industry is ever-evolving. Her favorite treatments are CoolSculpting and Morpheus8. Her IG name (body by charity) alone shows how much she loves body contouring treatments. Charity enjoys spending most of her time outside work outdoors. She lives on a ranch with her husband where they enjoy their dogs, cats and horses.

Tammy resides in Frisco, Texas, with her wonderful husband and two lovely teenage children and a high-spirited lab named Giada—After her favorite celebrity chef! When not working or helping her kids with homework, Tammy enjoys doing pilates, cooking and traveling.

Lauren is an aesthetic nurse practitioner who earned undergraduate degrees from Texas A&M University and Baylor University before attending Midwestern State University, where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been a nurse for 12 years and a nurse practitioner for over 8 years. A fun fact: she holds multi-state licensure and is currently licensed in 14 states.

Prior to her career in aesthetics, Lauren practiced as a registered nurse in CVICU and cardiovascular specialty units, and later as a nurse practitioner in urgent care and telemedicine settings. Her objective is to help clients achieve their individualized aesthetic goals through thorough patient education and meticulous application.

Outside of work, her hobbies include working on her ranch, showing cutting horses, roping, and spending time with her family.
